My Lacey office is conveniently located near College Street and I-5 and my Tumwater office is easy to access and near Tumwater Falls. I also offer online therapy throughout Washington state.

Do you accept insurance for therapy sessions?
I am in-network with most Premera, Lifewise, and select Blue Card plans. I also accept HSA cards and credit cards for private pay. If you're unsure about your coverage, please contact your insurance for information about mental health therapy benefits for your specific plan.
What happens during my first therapy session?
The first session is all about getting to know you. In a safe, confidential space we’ll focus on understanding your experiences, challenges, and goals. My goal is that you’ll leave the session feeling heard and understood so we can then focus on planning next steps.
Can I schedule telehealth sessions if I live outside Lacey or Tumwater?
Absolutely. I provide HIPAA-secure telehealth sessions for clients throughout Washington State, including Olympia, Tumwater, Dupont, Steilacoom, and nearby areas. You’ll receive the same compassionate, holistic care as in-person sessions.
